3 Day Workshop on "The Power of a Growth Mindset"

The ISTE Student Chapter at Malabar Polytechnic Campus has commenced a three-day workshop today titled "The Power of a Growth Mindset."

Running from February 10th to 12th, 2026, the program is specifically designed for first-year students to help them navigate their academic journey with resilience and a positive outlook.

The sessions are being led by Mr. Jacob C John, a distinguished retired teacher and psychologist. Holding master's degrees in both Zoology and Applied Psychology, as well as a PGDCAFC and B.Ed, Mr. John brings a wealth of experience to the campus. The workshop aims to equip students with psychological tools to foster self-improvement and adaptability in their technical education.
